Dear Friends of the AUC Art Collective:

This has been a busy spring semester at the AUC Art Collective! We recently hosted our second Virtual Career Week to resounding success! Sessions can be viewed on our YouTube channel. In April, we welcome our third and final Distinguished Lecturer of the year, Morehouse alumnus, Dr. Richard J. Powell. We have many exclusive events coming up with Sotheby’s Institute of Art-NY, including lectures and an exciting Innovation Challenge. I look forward to being in conversation with Dr. Mary Schmidt Campbell, President of Spelman College, about the popular HBO Special Black Art: In the Absence of Light on April 28. Our students have been hard at work in the classroom as well as in planning their summer internships. We’re pleased to announce our first graduating class in May and look forward to sharing their future career paths! We have lots more in store for you this spring at the AUC Art Collective!
